Shipping Information

We package and arrange the transportation of your purchased artworks to most destinations around the world.
We use an air cargo courier service as this is the quickest and most reliable method.
The cost depends on the volumetric weight of the item including packaging and not the physical weight.
It takes up to 4 weeks to arrive in the destination country, however most items are delivered in under 2 weeks.

All the art works are expertly packed, according the best standards for the particular artwork type, by the artist or his or her staff.
Oil paintings on unstretched canvas can be rolled and securely packed in a tube.
All art that is on stretched canvas, board or is framed is securely flat packed.

We estimate the measurements of the final package, including the packaging and will obtain the most efficient price quotation from a reliable transport company.
We will then inform you via email of the cost and will request your confirmation to charge you accordingly.
Once your payment has been received, we will despatch the packaged artwork and will keep you informed of its progress via email.
Once the package arrives in your country you will be contacted to either collect the artwork (door to terminal) or to arrange to deliver the artwork to your home or office (door to door).

Valued Added Tax - if the artwork is shipped overseas there is no VAT payable in RSA. The cost of the overseas shipping also excludes VAT.
There maybe some VAT / local taxes / duty on importation in your own country. The transport charges quoted exclude these amounts.

Shipping insurance is not standard and is additional at 1.5% of the value of the artwork purchased. Please let us know if you wish to take out insurance.

We are not responsible for any delays, damage or loss due to the use of third parties used to transport the artworks on your behalf.
If you delay collecting your parcel from the airport once you have been contacted, you maybe charged a storage fee by the airport.
